Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all coaching services provided by Maya Nyagolova under the name “Mom on Board – Career Coaching” to consumers (§ 13 BGB), in particular in the area of career coaching for women and mothers. Coaching is primarily conducted online via video conference.
2. Subject matter of the contract
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of individual coaching services to the agreed extent. The specific content, scope, and schedule will be agreed in advance in a personal preliminary meeting or by email.
3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded as soon as the client books a coaching package and the booking has been confirmed in writing (e.g., by email).
4. Services & implementation
The coaching takes place online via an agreed video conferencing tool (e.g., Zoom). A session usually lasts 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed. Coaching is provided exclusively for the purpose of personal development and does not constitute psychotherapy or medical treatment.
5. Remuneration & payment terms
Remuneration is paid per booked package at a price agreed in advance. Payment must be made in full or in individually agreed installments before the start of the coaching. Installment payments require a written agreement. All prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation, no sales tax shown).
6. Cancellation Policy
Agreed appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show without good reason, the session shall be deemed to have taken place. If the coach is prevented from attending for an important reason, an alternative appointment will be offered.
7. Contract term & termination
The contract ends automatically upon expiry of the agreed coaching package. Ordinary termination during the term is not provided for. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
8. Liability
Participation in coaching is at your own risk. Any liability for direct or indirect damages, in particular for health, personal, or economic consequences, is excluded—except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the coach.
9. Confidentiality
All content of the coaching sessions is subject to confidentiality, even beyond the duration of the coaching. The coach undertakes not to disclose any information or content to third parties.
10. Data protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
