My coaching approach

I see coaching as a co-creative process. The focus is on my clients’ individual journeys—I listen, ask questions, and help them develop their own solutions.

At the same time, I see myself as a source of inspiration, especially in situations where guidance or new perspectives are needed.

My method is based on systemic coaching, supplemented by biographical work and psychologically grounded reflection. When necessary, I support my clients in critically questioning and reinterpreting outdated thought patterns—always with a focus on resources and always in dialogue.

How we can work together

Coaching process

Initial free consultation

A brief telephone conversation to clarify your situation, goals, and funding opportunities (e.g., employment agency voucher).

Applying for a voucher to cover your costs (optional)

You can apply for the voucher at your local Jobcenter or Employment Agency. Once you have received the voucher, simply forward it to me. I will take care of all the paperwork and necessary steps. Once the coaching has been officially approved, we can start working together right away.

Coaching process

Individual support over several weeks with regular appointments. Joint reflection and adjustment as needed.

Final meeting

Summary of the process, clarification of final questions, feedback, and outlook.
